This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) determines the procedure and procedures for processing personal data of natural and legal persons (hereinafter – Users) by the economic entity Ilona Samoviča, registered in the Republic of Latvia under registration number No.07098010209, (hereinafter – Entity), using Off2On.digital.
1.2. Entity acts as a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which means that Entity independently determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, as well as is responsible for compliance with the established requirements.
1.3. The Policy applies to all Off2On.digital Users, regardless of their citizenship or location, to the extent permitted by applicable law, including European Union law.
1.4. If the User does not agree to the terms of this Policy, he must immediately stop using Off2On.digital.
2. Personal Data Subject to Processing
2.1. During the interaction between Users and Off2On.digital, the Entity collects and processes only the personal data necessary to ensure functionality, stable operation, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
2.2. Personal data of Users to be processed:

In the case of using payment tools integrated within Off2On.digital, the processing of payment information is carried out by the respective payment providers, who act as independent data controllers. 5.2.1. Data related to technical interactions with Off2On.digital is retained for 12 months from the User’s last interaction with Off2On.digital. After this period, such data will be deleted or anonymized.
5.2.2. Data submitted through support requests or via email is retained for 6 months after the completion of the request processing, unless longer retention is required by law.
5.2.3. Data related to the provision of paid services (if any) is retained for the period required by accounting and tax legislation, particularly up to 5 years if mandated by applicable tax and financial regulations.
5.3. After the expiration of the retention periods specified in this section, personal data will either be deleted or anonymized in a way that prevents the identification of the User, unless longer retention is legally required.
